Everything was beyond excellent. I cannot begin to put into words how amazing their customer service is. I felt like I was driving with family, everyone is super polite and accommodating. The ride was smooth and on time, they made sure they had all the correct information from my end and also that I had everything I needed. Used this service twice and happy with it. Instructions were clear on pickup to and from Pearson. Love that they are already waiting for you when your flight lands so there is so delay in getting a ride home. Car is always clean and the driver polite. Rates are reasonable, especially compared to UBER and Taxis
